Program Benefits

- Cancellation Fee Waiver - Upon purchase of the non-refundable At-Ease program, no cancellation fees will be assessed provided that Princess Cruises is notified by telephone or in writing at least 72 hours prior to midnight on the guest's scheduled departure date from the embarkation point of the vessel.  If a guest cancels before the required 72 hours, they will receive a refund of the original form of payment.

- Baggage protection - If a guest's own baggage is lost or damaged during the course of their travels with Princess, they may claim reimbursement of up to $500 USD per person.

- Vacation Protection is available to all US residents (No New York), Canadian residents (No Quebec).
